ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY APLICATION IN THE PARTICIPATORY INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT IN RAINFED AREA (PIDRA) PROJECT (CASE STUDIES IN SUKORAME VILLAGE, BINANGUN SUBDISTRICT, BLITAR REGENCY)

PIDRA is a community empowerment program be funded by the International Foundation for Agriculture Development (IFAD) to solve problem in dry land areas, especially on the issue of poorness in rural areas. One of the activities of concern is the introduction of IT as a medium of communication. The introduction of IT activities as a medium of communication in the implementation providing help to communities such IT facilities which one of them such as computer tools. But in reality, only a few people that use the tool so these tools become useless. The statement was made ​​researchers are interested to know IT utilization in the implementation of the program in the village PIDRA Sukorame, District Binangun, Blitar.The results of the analysis states that IT utilization in support of programs in the village PIDRA Sukorame shows that most used tools are the HP. Then followed by a second computer. HP tool commonly used to determine the pricing information, while for the computer is used when creating of letters organization administrations.Internet access also not yet exists, so people cannot use the Internet to support their activities. While IT utilization in the performance of the individual seen that highest value obtained on HP utilization percentage value of 100%. Meanwhile, the second highest score obtained on the utilization of computers with the percentage value reached 50.00%. So it can be concluded that the most been used for communication the individual performance was HP.
